Lychee Yuzu Martini

ingredients

1 1/2 oz clean, crisp vodka

½ oz lychee yuzu cordial

1 lychee (fresh or canned)

method

Shake vodka and cordial over lots and lots of ice. Strain into the most delicate of glasses (keep it fancy, people!). Garnish with a lychee (non negotiable)
