Spring Sangria Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle of N/A Sauvignon Blanc (or Pinot Grigo)
1/2 c elderflower cordial (I actually prefer it with a bit more added, but please adjust according to your own taste)
1 c pink grapefruit juice
1 thinly sliced orange
1 thinly sliced lemon
1/2 c sliced strawberries

METHOD

1. Add citrus to a pitcher and muddle gently to
release the juices.
2. Fill the pitcher with ice and add the
elderflower, juice and NA wine. Stir gently then
taste.
3. Adjust by adding more elderflower, juice or
wine.
4. Add strawberries at the end.
5. Refrigerate for up to 24 hrs with the fruit. If you plan on keeping it for longer, strain the fruit out and store sangria in an enclosed bottle.
6. When serving you can add fresh slices of fruit to the glass full of ice.
