Sugar Cookie Glaze

How sweet are these little glazed flower shaped sugar cookies?

Bake up a batch of your favourite sugar cookies (no one is going to judge you if you buy the premade dough from Pillsbury). Once fully cooled, you can glaze the cookies.

Any flavour of cordial can be used, but we used the Rhubarb Strawberry here for a springy vibe.

METHOD

1 c confectioners sugar + 3 Tbsp of cordial.

Whisk together until very smooth. The glaze should be pourable but thick. You may need to adjust ingredients to get the right consistency. You can either spoon the glaze over the cookies or dunk them flat side down, carefully dunking just the one side. Let the cookie glaze harden. This may take 1/2 hr.
