The Wah Wah Tiki Hut

(This is boozy…and could be shared between 2….or just go for it yourself!)

ingredients

1oz spiced run

1oz white rum

1oz  coconut liquor

1/2 fresh pineapple chopped

1oz lime juice

1oz frostbites Hula Hula cordial

Ginger Beer

The more garnish the better: fresh citrus slices, cocktail cherries, pineapple fronds, an umbrella, mermaids + a pirate (drinking buddy).

method

Chop the pineapple into small cubes and add the 3 types of booze. Muddle and let sit for 1/2 hour. You can bypass this and add 1/2 c pineapple juice, but I like eating the boozy pineapple over vanilla ice cream at a later date). Strain liquid.

Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, into a shaker and pour over fresh ice into the kitschiest tiki glass you have. Top with ginger beer. Garnish like crazy.
