Coronation Grape Mule

ingredients

2 oz dark rum 

1 oz Frostbites coronation grape cordial

1/2 oz lime juice

4 oz ginger beer

fresh thyme

garnish with pickled grapes**

method

In a shaker, add rum, cordial, + lime juice with ice and shake. Strain into a mule mug filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and gently stir with thyme sprig garnish. Aadd pickled grapes for a show stopping garnish!

Add 1lb coronation grapes to a mason jar and top with the hot liquid, made from: 

1 c apple cider vinegar

1/4 c water

1 c cane sugar

1 cinnamon stick
