Pineapple Habanero Caesar

ingredients

2 oz whiskey 

4 oz Walters Caesar Mix

1 oz Frostbites pineapple habanero cordial

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 lime wedge

1 dash of worcestershire sauce

2 slices of jalapeno

celery salt

celery stalks + pickled vegetables from the garden (big points of creativity) 

** for a more traditional caesar substitute with vodka for the whiskey

method

Rub the rim of your glass with the cut lime to moisten fully. Roll rim in celery salt.

Add ice to the glass. Add  whiskey, Caesar mix, cordial, lime juice, jalapenos, + worcestershire sauce to the glass and gentle stir. 

Top with celery spears + pickled vegetables.
