Pretty in Pink

Ingredients

2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce frostbites raspberry Wild rose cordial
1 egg white
Garnish: either dried rose petals or 3 skewered raspberries

METHOD

1. Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry wild rose cordial and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish
