Rhubarb Strawberry Lemonade with Lemon Curd Cold Foam

INGREDIENTS:

8oz lemonade
1 oz rhubarb strawberry cordial
lemon curd cold foam*

*Lemon curd cold foam:
4 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon curd (see recipe below)

METHOD:

Froth the heavy cream and lemon curd until thick and smooth.

Fill a glass with ice, add the lemonade and rhubarb strawberry cordial, then top with the lemon curd cold foam. Garnish and serve.
