Smoothie Bowl
Let's be honest, sometimes fruits can be a little meh in flavour when they haven't hit their peak ripeness. An easy fix is to add a splash of your favourite cordial and viola!
Some of my favourite blends:
a. 1/2 frozen Banana + 1/2 c Coconut water + 1/2 c frozen Mango + 2Tbsp Mango Passionfruit cordial
b. 1 c frozen Strawberry + 1 whole, peeled Orange + a dash of cinnamon and 2 Tbsp Strawberry cordial
c. 1/2 c frozen Pineapple + 1/2 frozen Banana + 1/2c Coconut water + 1 Tbsp Ginger syrup
Each bowl can be topped with various toppings: hemp seeds, shredded coconut, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds. sliced kiwi, berries, banana.
