Bubble Tea

To be honest, I wasn't a huge fan of Bubble Tea because typically they are made with artificially flavoured syrups and it just hit wrong. Using our cordials as been a game changer, and you can use ANY of the flavours you want.

Matcha Bubble Tea

Add 1/4 c tapioca pearls to 1/8 c rich simple syrup, heat lightly to sweeten the pearls. Separately, whisk 1 tsp of matcha and 1/4c hot water.

Add boba to a glass, top with ice, pour in matcha and then top with milk.

Ginger Bubble Tea

Add 1/4c tapioca pearls simmered for 5 minutes until they float. Drain and add 1 Tbsp ginger syrup. Steep 2 bags of black tea in 1 c of boiling water for 15 minutes.

To assemble, Add the tapioca pearls to the glass, top with ice, Add tea then top with milk of choice. Adjust sweetness as needed with more ginger cordial.
