An age old cold and flu remedy, made with local, fresh, organic elderberries that we harvest at the height of the season, sweetened with BC honey, with hints of ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Elderberry syrup has been said to break fevers and is a natural expectorant…….it’s also delicious! Sweeten teas and use to make a lovely fall themed cocktail.
250 ml bottle makes, on average 12-16 drinks
1 tsp a day will help ward off colds.
1 TBSP needed, once sick.
A typical drink will use ½ oz to 1 oz of syrup
Ingredients: fresh elderberries, Lilooet honey, ginger, cinnamon, cloves
