Tayberry Cordial
A cross between a blackberry and a raspberry, the Tayberry is a tender and juicy fruit. This cordial is gorgeous, and super special (read: VERY limited production every year, so get it while you can). It offers sweet-tart raspberry notes balanced by the rich lusciousness of a blackberry, with a floral note similar to rose.
Exceptional as a mix for gin, or in sangria.
